Yes. You can create your profile and prepare your listing at no cost. The startup never gets charged. If you raise $100k, you get the $100k.
No. A 1.5% transaction fee applies when an investment closes, on top of the investment amount, capped at €15,000. If your round doesn't close, you pay nothing.
Once you publish, your listing is visible to investors on OceUp. In a Restricted Round, only the investors you choose can access your information.
Investors request access and you decide who opens your data room. You can chat with them first, review their interest and only move forward with the ones you trust. Every user is verified before they can invest through proper KYC checks.
Timing depends on your round and your investors. Once the agreement is signed, funds are held securely in escrow before being released to your account.
